Welcome to Art Workshops in Oil with Sherry Nielsen. I have started having 3 hour workshops in oil. This is a fun way to see if oil is a medium of choice for you. We work on a simple still life project using a 6x6 or 6x8 substrate. Everything is supplied, all we need to have a workshop is 5 people. So when we have 2 or 3 wanting the same time, we put it out there on social media to find a few others that would like to join us. The workshops done so far have been so much fun. You are not painting by following one person, but you are learning how to see colour, tones and shapes. you will be mixing colour and learning the art and simplicity of oil.
