Calico Creek is  a pretty little painting with lots of colour. The Canadian artist, Sherry Nielsen is an avid play with colour kind of girl. In this painting which the reference was lacking a light source but had a nice composition was prime for a nice little colour study. You will see this kind of art pop up in Nielsen's style every once in a while. Hope you enjoy.
